Ballinger Creek
Project Details: Four buildings with 69 total units. Exterior wall rehabilitation including replacement of all existing exterior cladding, windows, sliding glass doors, unit entry doors and installation of waterproof deck assemblies with new powder coated aluminum railings.
Project began Fall 2013 - Completed Spring 2014.
