Windy Hills – East Wind

Project Details: Currently in progress. Project includes roof replacement at exitsing 4-story, 32-unit, wood framed condominium building. Existing torchdown roofing will be replaced with new fully adhered 80-mil IB PVC Roofing. Scope includes sheathing replacement and insulation improvements at low-slope areas to achieve a non-vented roof assembly. Gable areas will receive new ventilation and detailing including installation of new fascias, gutters and downspouts.
